I've been taking creatine for a month, i gained about 10 pounds (probably water weight) and i added 20 pounds to my bench. i had a bad week and i haven't worked out in 7 days or taken creatine in 7 days and i just got done with a workout and i was discouraged. i couldnt get the weight up as many times as i have been, and i had to take weight off and i still couldn't get many reps in, and i seemed to have lost about 7 pounsds. is this just because i haven't taken the creatine in a week? i hope so. will i get back up there quickly if i start the creatine again?
