I am pretty new to this board, so hello everyone. I just go back into bodybuilding at the age of 34. I was 144lbs. in 12/04. I was lifting for 8 months and did my first comp. in 11/05 I was 186lbs. I took 5th in the novice middleweight class. I am now 200lbs. about the same bf%. I know my legs need work the don't respond well/. They were 23" at comp. now 25 1/4". Let me know what you think. Please try to ignore my facial expressions
