Critique my cycle.. Good or Bad? My background

Well, first off why do I want to use AAS and It might not be the best reason in the world but it is my reason. Its so funny, when I was in high school, I was thin, had the 6pac and felt I could eat whatever I wanted. Then when I got older I ate like crap and said... " this will just burn off like in high school and I will be ok". Well I was dead wrong. I put on alot of weight. Now my stats currently are age 28
height 5'10 weight as of this morninig 189.4 . BF % is 18 ( before you say anything . I know I know. Before I do this I will be at 14 % or so. This is for water retention purposes. Now I have done my research many hours and many pages read about doing this. At this point I will do whatever it takes to get in shape. For people to say bodybuilding isnt a sport. You people are full of crap. I think this sport probally takes the most dicipline out of any. Im not talking NFL or NBA but this sport, you plan out your days, what you do in the gym and also what you have to eat and that is clean. Can you tell me NFL players eat well. well some absolutely , do they workout yes, is their goal to get big. well maybe some but its more strength and indurance. Its funny last year I said, ok Im gonna do this but my mind was there, but my body isnt. So i have made my ultimate goal and that is to be big lean cut and in shape. I hope that makes sense. Now granted when I weighd in on Sept 1, I was 209pds so its the middle of Oct and I am at 189 so 20 pds not to bad. I am doing basically just cardio with a 3 day split of back bis chest tris legs and abs and shoulders. I am only eating whole wheat pastas, no white rice only brown, lean meats such as chicken turkey very lean beef as well. My fruits and veggies, oh and no un natural sugar( soo hard but gotta do it). Its so sad when I look in the mirrow and I can see the 20pds that I have lost for sure but I am still not happy. I am totally trying to be a better person and look better then i will feel better. Some people say being in shape wont make you feel better. well to me it will and that is what counts ( no offense). Soo I am not starting my cycle yet but I am getting ready, hardcore ready. Its funny when I went to the Mr Olympia expo this year, I litterally took home maybe 100pds of free suppls proteini hydro whey casein 10 shaker cups shirts ect so I am set.
My cycle will look like this ( finally he cuts to the chase)
weeks 1-4 dbol 40mg a day
weeks 1-12 test e at 500mg a week pinning 2x per week
EQ weeks 1-12 400mg a week
HCG 250 iu 2x a week the last 5 weeks
2 weeks after my last shot of test e
NOLVA at 40 40 20 20

What do you guys think..

cycle is reasonable, pct is good. get the mindset and discipline right and you should get good results.
 
doesn't the halflife of test E and the halflife of EQ necessitate running the test E just a little bit longer than the EQ? Like at least one week preferably two weeks longer (the test longer than EQ).

So something like this

1-14: Test E
1-12: EQ

I'm just mentioning...not telling like its set in stone!

I also found nolvadex to be crap compared to clomid for PCT recovery of natural LH levels. Clomid also has the benefit of increasing ejaculate volume which is quite nice to spray your lady with (ok that last comment was unnecessary :eek:).
 
I'm not a beliver in the standard rules of when your ready to use AAS but your not going to get a very positive response around here...
What is your goal?
What are you trying for with this cycle? (cut? bulk? recomp?)
This is your first cycle? 3 compounds?
Nothing to control sides at all? Do you at least plan to have something on hand?
 
^ he's right! I would check out an AI DVD (lol couldn't resist) especially once you start pinning the HCG. That stuff tends to make aromatase go nuts converting test into estrogen! At least IME!!!!

guys... I totally appreciate your constructive critism . I know for a first cycle 3 things might be extreme but I can always drop the EQ. and do the test and dbol. And you are right I would run the test a week or 2 longer than the EQ. My goals.... Well like you guys said my bf % isnt what is it going to be so yes until I start I will be cutting and doing lots of cardio. You asked about PCT now if I drop the EQ I can just use NOLVA . Its funny some people have said they see better results with clomid yet I have heard nolva is actually much better for pct than the clomid ( again what I have heard) My goal I would say is to get good gains but look hard gains with vascularity and I know the EQ provides that but I am trying to get advice from you guys... guys who know what they are talking about so I promise I am not taking what you are saying all negativlely as I am learning from all of you so any help along the way i will take. So I want to gain strength absoutely which is why I can just stick to the test and dbol so yes it is a hard decision but if you want what I want honestly... it would be hard gains and vascularity, now strength equals bigger lifts ergo bigger results.
 
If you want hard gains and to lose BF maybe this will work

Drop the Dbol and either add test prop/anavar/winstrol (either of those three will be good not saying to use all three lol) dbol will makes me retain water like a mofo i hate it and EQ will do crazy shit for veins BUT it will make you eat like a damn horse which is not a bad thing IF your diet is in check id also knock up the eq to 500/600mg's i did a eq test cycle 16 weeker and it made me extremely strong but the hunger pains were out of the world if i did not eat for a while (job is commison sales hard to leave floor) but please drop the dbol and use one of the three i listed dbol makes alot of people have bloat not saying all but i think its shit for a cutter
 
lol. So is it a cutting cycle? I got the impression it was a bulk after the cut was over.
 
Test and dbol

No need for eq if this is a first cycle.

For me EQ needs to be ran 15+ weeks anyway.
 
my 2 cents

i would use TEST E only at 500mg.
if you REALLY want to do other comounds wait for your next cycle. see how you do with test ONLY.
this is a sport (or an endeavor) that is best to use progressive training principles. meaning do A, B, C and D till you get to Z but DO NOT skip from A to Z cuz you will miss alot of oppurtunity for healthy growing.
so test e is could be your "A"
next cycle add EQ and that is your "B"
then next add......

hope you get the idea. at work. tired.
but really, you won't know whats working and whats not if you take more than test only. it will be a guessing game for the rest of your life.

Guys thanks. I totally am taking in everything you are saying.
I think you are right. I shouldnt skip from A to Z. I should start with A
I think a test E cycle would be good at 10-12 weeks at 500mg a week.
I will eat very well I promise you this but until then I am gonna cardio cardio cardio and my caloric intake now its approx 1200-1500 per day.
Even though this is my truely real cycle, would it still be a bad idea to even do the dbol at 4 weeks for strength gains?
