Well, first off why do I want to use AAS and It might not be the best reason in the world but it is my reason. Its so funny, when I was in high school, I was thin, had the 6pac and felt I could eat whatever I wanted. Then when I got older I ate like crap and said... " this will just burn off like in high school and I will be ok". Well I was dead wrong. I put on alot of weight. Now my stats currently are age 28
height 5'10 weight as of this morninig 189.4 . BF % is 18 ( before you say anything . I know I know. Before I do this I will be at 14 % or so. This is for water retention purposes. Now I have done my research many hours and many pages read about doing this. At this point I will do whatever it takes to get in shape. For people to say bodybuilding isnt a sport. You people are full of crap. I think this sport probally takes the most dicipline out of any. Im not talking NFL or NBA but this sport, you plan out your days, what you do in the gym and also what you have to eat and that is clean. Can you tell me NFL players eat well. well some absolutely , do they workout yes, is their goal to get big. well maybe some but its more strength and indurance. Its funny last year I said, ok Im gonna do this but my mind was there, but my body isnt. So i have made my ultimate goal and that is to be big lean cut and in shape. I hope that makes sense. Now granted when I weighd in on Sept 1, I was 209pds so its the middle of Oct and I am at 189 so 20 pds not to bad. I am doing basically just cardio with a 3 day split of back bis chest tris legs and abs and shoulders. I am only eating whole wheat pastas, no white rice only brown, lean meats such as chicken turkey very lean beef as well. My fruits and veggies, oh and no un natural sugar( soo hard but gotta do it). Its so sad when I look in the mirrow and I can see the 20pds that I have lost for sure but I am still not happy. I am totally trying to be a better person and look better then i will feel better. Some people say being in shape wont make you feel better. well to me it will and that is what counts ( no offense). Soo I am not starting my cycle yet but I am getting ready, hardcore ready. Its funny when I went to the Mr Olympia expo this year, I litterally took home maybe 100pds of free suppls proteini hydro whey casein 10 shaker cups shirts ect so I am set.
My cycle will look like this ( finally he cuts to the chase)
weeks 1-4 dbol 40mg a day
weeks 1-12 test e at 500mg a week pinning 2x per week
EQ weeks 1-12 400mg a week
HCG 250 iu 2x a week the last 5 weeks
2 weeks after my last shot of test e
NOLVA at 40 40 20 20
