After a long hiatus from the gym and general healthy lifestyle, I got back into the gym last year sporadically, making it at least a few days every week. I've been very consistent the last few months with getting in the gym a minimum of 4 days a week, but I need your guys input on some things.
To start, I've put on some unwanted fat so have cleaned up my diet and am carb cycling. So here's where I need some help. Here is what my days look like:
Wake up - 5:30
Walk dog for 40 minutes (brisk walk about 3 miles)
Eat breakfast - 6:45/50
Gym - 7:40/45 - 8:30
Work - 8:40 - 5
Home rest of night
This is what works best for my family and work schedule. I can stay at the gym longer as I am the boss, but cannot be in there for hours as I make no money while in there.
This is my M-F
So, I typically will eat my carbs around my workout. I am planning on starting TRT and just got some black tops in. I can't pin before bed or right when I wake up, so when would be the optimal time to take? I'm planning on running 2iu/day on the 5 on 2 off routine.
I'm really looking for the best time to pin the GH honestly. Post workout? Mid afternoon?
Trust me, I've searched the forums, but there isn't a lot of stuff that pertained to my situation.
