Ok everyone i have been lifting since i was 16 and competed prior to an injury 2 .5 years ago. i took almost a full 2 years completely off from the gym. i got back into the bb'ing lifestyle about 3 months ago at a bodyweight of 190ish. i was completely off supplements other than food and whey isolate for the first 2 months. I managed to get to 200lbs with a substantial decrease in bodyfat. I started this cycle because i felt i was ready diet, training and dedication-wise. i just wanted to post this up and see if there was anything i should be doing different.
Age - 32
Height - 5'7"(on a good day with heels)
weight- start-120ish currently-225ish
bodyfat - above 15%
years training - 14 continous with a recent 2 year layoff
Training program - dc training(with the addition of an FST-7 set at the end of lagging bodyparts)
diet -
meal 1
10 egg whites scrambled
1 slice lowfat cheese
1 cup oatmeal
2tbsp peanutbutter
meal 2
60 gram whey isolate shake
banana
meal 3
12 oz ground beef
1 cup white rice
1 cup veggies
meal 4 (preworkout meal
10 oz lean meat(tuna or chicken)
1.5 cups oatmeal
2 tbsp peanut butter(mixed with oatmeal.....yummy)
SIP GATORADE AND WATER DURING WORKOUT
Meal 5 (Post-workout)
60 gram whey iosolate shake
banana (yes i love bananas)
Meal 6
12 oz lean red meat
1/2 cup yellow potatoes(usually baked)
1-2 cups salad/veggies
meal 7
10 egg whites scrambled with a few tbsp salsa
1 slice lowfat cheese
Blood work - everything is in the acceptable ranges. Blood pressure was a tad high but adding some cardio in for the first two months got that under control.
Goals - due to a pec tear i will probably never be able to compete again but i would like to see if what i can do without endangering my health.
Previous AAS useage - a few cycles. I have gone up to 1 gram of test EW and some other compounds but at my biggest i took 500mg Test Enan and 100mg Tren MWF.
Ok there is the info so the cycle i am currently running is
Weeks 1-10 500mg Sustanon (250 mg Monday/ 250mg Thursday)
Weeks 1-8 50 mg Tren Acetate (MWF)
Everything for pct is on hand if needed but i do not usually get side effects. i will taper the test down to HRT doseage.
Nothing fancy here.
I have put on somewhere around 20 -25 lbs in the last month but honestly my starting bodyweight was artificially low and a lot of this can be attributed to muscle memory. i have a sad looking before picture and will post it up after i have a good after picture.
