Ok everyone i have been lifting since i was 16 and competed prior to an injury 2 .5 years ago. i took almost a full 2 years completely off from the gym. i got back into the bb'ing lifestyle about 3 months ago at a bodyweight of 190ish. i was completely off supplements other than food and whey isolate for the first 2 months. I managed to get to 200lbs with a substantial decrease in bodyfat. I started this cycle because i felt i was ready diet, training and dedication-wise. i just wanted to post this up and see if there was anything i should be doing different.

Age - 32
Height - 5'7"(on a good day with heels)
weight- start-120ish currently-225ish
bodyfat - above 15%
years training - 14 continous with a recent 2 year layoff
Training program - dc training(with the addition of an FST-7 set at the end of lagging bodyparts)
diet -
meal 1
10 egg whites scrambled
1 slice lowfat cheese
1 cup oatmeal
2tbsp peanutbutter

meal 2
60 gram whey isolate shake
banana

meal 3
12 oz ground beef
1 cup white rice
1 cup veggies

meal 4 (preworkout meal
10 oz lean meat(tuna or chicken)
1.5 cups oatmeal
2 tbsp peanut butter(mixed with oatmeal.....yummy)

SIP GATORADE AND WATER DURING WORKOUT

Meal 5 (Post-workout)
60 gram whey iosolate shake
banana (yes i love bananas)

Meal 6
12 oz lean red meat
1/2 cup yellow potatoes(usually baked)
1-2 cups salad/veggies

meal 7
10 egg whites scrambled with a few tbsp salsa
1 slice lowfat cheese

Blood work - everything is in the acceptable ranges. Blood pressure was a tad high but adding some cardio in for the first two months got that under control.

Goals - due to a pec tear i will probably never be able to compete again but i would like to see if what i can do without endangering my health.

Previous AAS useage - a few cycles. I have gone up to 1 gram of test EW and some other compounds but at my biggest i took 500mg Test Enan and 100mg Tren MWF.

Ok there is the info so the cycle i am currently running is

Weeks 1-10 500mg Sustanon (250 mg Monday/ 250mg Thursday)
Weeks 1-8 50 mg Tren Acetate (MWF)

Everything for pct is on hand if needed but i do not usually get side effects. i will taper the test down to HRT doseage.

Nothing fancy here.

I have put on somewhere around 20 -25 lbs in the last month but honestly my starting bodyweight was artificially low and a lot of this can be attributed to muscle memory. i have a sad looking before picture and will post it up after i have a good after picture.

You show MWF for the acetate. Why will you not just go EOD as it should be used? So it would look like this
M W F SU TU TH SA M etc. till you run 8 weeks. Tren ace should be used eod religiously if you are going to do that. same with any other fast acting injectable, ed or eod is the norm.

I have tried it ED and EOD in the past and i love the compound but i get insomnia bad. Through trial and error in past cycles i have found that EOD and ED tend to mess me up in that department. With MWF i get a lot of the benefits and the sides are minimized. I know it goes against prescribed dosing but i used to take 100mg EOD and even 75mg ED when i was really into competing.

That being said, i wanted info and critique so if the half life of acetate is 3-4 days, is there truly a benefit to having that two day stretch between shots? I am asking because i am having trouble picturing how this would affect my blood levels. If i did go with that dosing would you drop the dose to 37.5mg or leave it at 50?
 
Sounds like you need more so you can use 50/eod. I would say this is a minimum dose.

50 eod is fine. It is very sane and not over the top. the half life is what makes eod more beneficial. It stabilizes the level in your system. Dropping a couple of days will mean that your levels will drop some. The ideal with any of these compounds is to maintain as steady state as you can in your body. so by missing two days your levels will fluctuate. At 50mg/eod your sides should be minimal but also I am keeping in mind that everyone reacts differently to tren ace. It is the same with test prop. EOD is desirable because it keeps levels nice and steady. so tren ace is no different.

I am going to give the EOD a try at 50mg. The last time i used tren was pre-contest a few years ago. I did somewhere around 100mg EOD and it got to be too much quick.
