Well, The Mrs and I never got around to keeping up on the forum with updates and posts for the professional muscle transformation contest... But I figured I would post my pictures from June 27th that I intended to post here had I made consistent updates as per contest rules. Oh well, Cant win them all! haha... But I would love opinions/critique. Remember - Had pec surgery 7 months ago, so my "proper" training has only been "so-so" for the last 3-4 months. My pressing of all kinds, and vertical pulling movements aren't great right now lol... SO this is where I was June 27th! Sorry for the late "contest entry" lol...
