critic please guys

went back to the gym almost 3 weeks agoafter 3 months of almost nothing , bf is around 10% but I'm bloated due to water
who cares it's OFF SEASON :D

may start my diet for photo shoot around april or may but I want to add another 10-15 lbs

man Its crazy How much you can change in a matter of weeks.

What bf% do you start to see all the Crazy Veins in your Legs?
Do you just cut out the sugar and Fat? Or do you think its more to do with holding water?

well to be honest u can't see it on the pics but I still have the veins on my legs ... it was cold in my house and they tend to disappear when it's cold

let's say around 8% bf I can see it really good

I don't cut that much fat, most important part of my cutting diet is based on carb cut and not usin anything that would make me hold water and look bloated which is the case right now

it's funny but I like the off season look too lol

my legs routine is pretty simple in fact since my legs have been dominant for years, I always keep suqat and leg extensions for quads but changes : cometimes I can do leg exteznsion as a pre exhaustion exercice and the other day do it after my squat ...

for my harmstrings I switch from stiff legged deadlift to leg curls but they are one of my weak point so I can' t advice much here lol ;)

10%? Maybe close to 14-15...but look damn good and who cares......dieting is the fun part...did I say that? What are you eating? Everything? Or pretty clean?

no dude, had it checked by a professional and it's 10.1%
have no abs on the pics because of 7 meals and a distended belly but I promise I can clearly see my abs ... and I'm holding water too

diet is pretty clean but if I don't add a few cheat meals then I don't grow so 2-3 days / week I have a fast food or pizza or so .... YUMMI

In no way do I not believe you..................look great and I owuld love to look like you, but I am terribly skiny....I know I should just eat eat eat...but I ant it to go to the right places....so, for example, I've had yesterday...(remmeber im only 160 and prob 10%)

yesterdays meals where in tototal
2 cups of oats
1 cup egg whites
1 scoop protein
a carton of blueberries
1 cup rice
flank steak
cube steak
chicken
2 huge handfuls of almonds'
2 huge sandwhiches
some salad
a huge casein shake
more almonds
lb of chicken
and a fat quiznoos......maybe I need a mass shake? or 2?

when did u start to train ? u have a slow/average/fast metabolism ?
