Hey guys just have a little question for whoever would like to share their knowledge...
I have recently been doing a routine/diet to promote growth. In fact, I have been lifting with the routine posted in Big A's article about Growth Principles. I've been doing it for a couple weeks now (without gear) and I like it so far. Been eating good, using some creatine, glutamine, some multi-vitamins and getting lots of protein.. But I think that maybe i'm starting this growing phase at a bad time.
Lets say my BF is around 20-22 and i'm trying to gain muscle... My question is, would it be more beneficial to cut down to lets say 12-15% BEFORE I try to make my muscle gains? (I'm going to be ordering some of the wonderful ECA Tyrone offers very soon, with ORIGINAL intentions of using it AFTER I do the HIT program for a little bit. But now I'm thinking maybe cut down BEFORE, then try my luck at making muscle gains? And then possibly back to cutting down whatever fat I gain from that?)
