this man is in an offseason mode? Holy shiznit
I truly believe that all BBers have one muscle group bigger then the other. Sometimes one muscle on one side seems to have a better mind to muscle communication, some times and injury allows one side to some how gain more tension during the movement. I have spent many hrs of study with my own body and this. I have a shorter leg then the other, I also have a messed up shoulder. I have found out that I have to change my footing, or my grip during different movements. I find I have to move my right hand out farther on barbell curl to get the same tension or feel as my left, which may be in response to my shoulder injury. I feel my tricep is bigger on my rightside, then left. But in response to this I have found out that I also bring the tricep cable down during push downs to my right side more so then my left side of my head which allows the right tricep to gain more tension then the other. Just because u train with same weight, same reps for both sides of the body does not mean that your own body bio-mechanics and ur way of lifting may give one side of your body more tension or stress then the other.
