Wow, he knows that his conditioning was what cost him the O last year so he is going to come in ripped, but seeing that picture is unbelievable a person 5'9" and 270 ripped to shreds like that is speechless.

How can you make any conclusions from that pic?

IMHO that pic is almost completely useless for making any conclusions about his chances. When didn't he have almost completely fat free thighs?

Well, sadly and actually my opinon is not based completely on that pic... I have seen previous pics as well as vids leading up to the show... Its amazing how everyone can criticize someones opinion and can automatically assume where that opinion was derived... I just posted a pic, and submitted my opinion, not just based on that pic, but rather over seeing his progression and updates... I know I should have stated that in my original post, but I didnt feel it necessary... However, I will make a mental note to do that in the future...

I mean, this is just a forum right? Do we need to be so critical of others opinions? It is just opinions right? I was just posting an updated pic.. No, its not the best pic, but it looked better on fb...

And yes, I am a fan of Jays... I hope he wins...

My post at least wasn't meant as an attack. Just trying to make the point that Jay is always extremely lean in the thighs so it's very hard to form an opinion from one bad quality pic. He always looks inhuman in pics leading up to shows.

Oh i agree, the pic isnt the best in the world... And you are right he is always lean and very dry in his legs... However, its my fault that I didnt specify that I based my opinion on other pics and vids... I was just posting the newest pic he posted this morning on fb... Which the pic he posted on fb is much better than the one i put on here..

It's so hard to tell from the pic, but his right leg looks improved.

I have always liked Jay, say what you will about him, the guy is a consummate pro and has worked so hard for what he has achieved.

The two times I have met him he was nothing but gracious and cool to talk to, so I am always rooting for him.

I like Wolf's physique best personally, but I do hope Jay can regain his top form again.

If for nothing else, just to have this show be the best ever, wouldn't it be great to have all the top threats come in at their best?

Every time a Bodybuilder become Mr. Olympia a lot of people start to talk bad things about him personally and his physique, jay used to be the greatest, the best,, the fan favorite, every one want him to win, when that happen, every one started to talk bad about the guy.

Actually if you see the picture as it was actually taken you will note that his size and condition are awsome. Its easy to criticize when you are on the sidelines.
