Looking to cut after a winter bulk. Current Stats: 5'9 230lbs @ 20% BF
So far my cycle looks like....
Test Prop 100mg EOD x 10 WKS
Tren Ace 100mg EOD x 10 WKS
Anavar 50mg ED x 8 WKS
Clen 100mcg ED x 10 WKS
T3 50mcg ED x 10 WKS
Keto 1mg Every Night x 10 WKS

How does it look.. I realize diet is about 80% and training about 15% and gear 5% so im going to post my current diet as well.


Meal 1: 8:30am
8 egg whites, 2 Sugar Free Oatmeal Packets (CAL 336) (40g Pro) (4 Fats) (36 Carb)

Snack: 1oz Almonds (Cal 140) (6g Pro) (6g Carb) (14g Fat)

Meal 2: 11:00am
6oz Chicken, 6oz medium Yam 2 Tbsp FLAX (CAL 660) (42g Pro) (30g FAT) (47g Carb)

Meal 3: 1:30pm
8oz Tuna, 1 medium Yam (CAL 400) (44g Pro) (50g Carb) (4g Fat)

Workout

Meal 4: PWO MEAL 3pm
8oz Ground Turkey, Green Veggies (1 to 1.5 cups) 5oz White Potato (CAL 430) (47g Pro) (16g Fat) (26g Carb)

Snack: 1.5 Scoops Whey (135 Cal) (34.5 Pro) 5pm

Meal 5: 7:30pm
8oz Tilipia, Green Veggies, Salad 2 Tbst Olive Oil & Vingar(CAL 314) (42g Pro) (16g Fat)

Meal 6: 10pm
1.5 Scoops Whey with 1 Tbsp Flax (CAL 265) (34g Pro) (14g Fat)

Total CAL 2680 calories
Total Pro 289.5g
Total Carb 165g
Total Fat 98g

Currently doing cardio 5 days a week 30 mins first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for the first 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks I increase my time by 15 mins until I reach 1 hour.
 
I think you're a little too fat to think about a "cutting" cycle. You should concentrate on your diet first and drop a good amount of bf before you think about a "cutting" cycle. You do that cycle and you're going to lose some bf but you're going to be putting on lean muscle under fat. I would wait until you're closer to where you want your bf to be and then jump on the cycle.

How did you come up with your diet? What macro ratios are you going for? How did you come up with the calories? Do you know how many calories you need to maintain your body weight? I don't really get the small "snacks" in between meals.
 
I did my bmr and tdee and I might not be 20 % I was being generous. I have dieted down before from about 15% and came in pretty shredded up with in like 8 weeks.

Ok, I would say 20% is a little high to start a cutting cycle, but if you're lower then you should be ok. I asked the questions about your diet because we get a lot of kids on here that are overweight and don't know what they are doing and are under the impression that the drugs will do everything for them.

u dont look anywhere near 20%bf....id say 10-12% from the pics, but cant be very accurate when ur in the middle of a lift and ur shirt being on (no homo)

I'm glad you don't think that drugs are the only thing you need.

If that's a recent pic, you're way under 20% and you'll be fine on your plan. What exactly is your goal at the end of this? I'm not a big fan of cardio to drop weight. I like to adjust diet for a few weeks and take it off like that before I use any cardio. That way I know exactly what the diet is doing to my body.

I think from your pics that you are too young to use so much gear. You need to focus much more on diet and training. You have not given us your age or previous cycle experience. But for my money at your age I was eating much more food and building a solid foundation for the future!!
 
Im 25, in those pictures I was 193lbs around 10% I bulked up to 230 running sus 250 for 10 weeks did my pct took some time off and now im ready. My body fat is a little higher now. my body type is very weird I was fat as a teen and corrected it my sr year of high school then it all progressed from there. I hold most of my fat in my abdomen and inner thighs its werid, guess were all different. I can use a caliper and my arms and legs will be single digits and my abdomen will still be about 12 to 13%. I will post pictures from 2 cuts ago I think I struggle from when I was fat as a teen. n168901754_30478934_8307.jpg

This is a pic taken from a few weeks ago this is where my body fat is now. I know it is a very hard picture for you guys to judge im not fat im just a bulked up full house look I guess. In conclusion im going to drop the clen and t3 and just do the ECA stack drop a few % then start the tren ace, prop and var. Any suggestions?

Dont start the tren until you are under 15%. It gives me super shitty sides above 15%. High bp, extreme night sweats, insomnia, ruins my appettite, etc. etc. Under 15% no sides except a little night sweat.
