Looking to cut after a winter bulk. Current Stats: 5'9 230lbs @ 20% BF
So far my cycle looks like....
Test Prop 100mg EOD x 10 WKS
Tren Ace 100mg EOD x 10 WKS
Anavar 50mg ED x 8 WKS
Clen 100mcg ED x 10 WKS
T3 50mcg ED x 10 WKS
Keto 1mg Every Night x 10 WKS
How does it look.. I realize diet is about 80% and training about 15% and gear 5% so im going to post my current diet as well.
Meal 1: 8:30am
8 egg whites, 2 Sugar Free Oatmeal Packets (CAL 336) (40g Pro) (4 Fats) (36 Carb)
Snack: 1oz Almonds (Cal 140) (6g Pro) (6g Carb) (14g Fat)
Meal 2: 11:00am
6oz Chicken, 6oz medium Yam 2 Tbsp FLAX (CAL 660) (42g Pro) (30g FAT) (47g Carb)
Meal 3: 1:30pm
8oz Tuna, 1 medium Yam (CAL 400) (44g Pro) (50g Carb) (4g Fat)
Workout
Meal 4: PWO MEAL 3pm
8oz Ground Turkey, Green Veggies (1 to 1.5 cups) 5oz White Potato (CAL 430) (47g Pro) (16g Fat) (26g Carb)
Snack: 1.5 Scoops Whey (135 Cal) (34.5 Pro) 5pm
Meal 5: 7:30pm
8oz Tilipia, Green Veggies, Salad 2 Tbst Olive Oil & Vingar(CAL 314) (42g Pro) (16g Fat)
Meal 6: 10pm
1.5 Scoops Whey with 1 Tbsp Flax (CAL 265) (34g Pro) (14g Fat)
Total CAL 2680 calories
Total Pro 289.5g

Currently doing cardio 5 days a week 30 mins first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for the first 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks I increase my time by 15 mins until I reach 1 hour.
