Well to begin, I'm 27 y/o 5'11 218lbs @ 14% BF. Been lifting for 8 years now and looking to hit sub 10% for the first time. Been ghosting some sites for awhile and came up with the following cutting diet...please critique!!!
1st Meal: 5:00 am
2 scoops whey, 1tbsp flaxseed oil
2nd Meal: 8:00 am
Oats (1 serving), 1 scoop whey, Apple
3rd Meal: 11:00 am
Chicken Breast, Salad (lettuce, onion, tomato), 1tbsp flaxseed
4th Meal: 2:00pm
2 slices of bread, Apple
5th Meal: 4:00pm
Chicken Breast, 0.5 cups (uncooked) brown rice
WORKOUT
6th Meal: 5:30pm
2 scoops Whey, Oats (1 serving)
7th Meal: 8:30pm
Salmon, Spinach/Salad
Workout 6x/week with cardio 30 mins 3x/week and mountain hiking 1x/week (1 hour 3.5 miles). According to fitday.com the I'm at: 2338 Carbs, 62g Fat, 239g Carbs, 224g Protein. This is my first time trying to get under 10% and I'm sure I need some tweaks somewhere, so any help is appreciated!!!!
