anyone have any ideas i have my diet in check..right now im lifting and not doin much cardio my schedule looks like this
M CHEST/TRI
T 1 HOUR CARDIO
W BACK/BI/ABS
T 1 HOUR CARDIO
F SHOULDERS/ABS
S LEGS
S OFF
what should i do i normally lift for about an hour and a half each day when im lifting..what should i do lift for like 30 min hard then do cardio after but i dont want to loose any gains?? i know i could do cardio first thing in the morning and lift at night but i dont know if i can do all that
any suggestions....im at 210 right now not rlly trying to loose weight just BF%
