anyone have any ideas i have my diet in check..right now im lifting and not doin much cardio my schedule looks like this

M CHEST/TRI
T 1 HOUR CARDIO
W BACK/BI/ABS
T 1 HOUR CARDIO
F SHOULDERS/ABS
S LEGS
S OFF

what should i do i normally lift for about an hour and a half each day when im lifting..what should i do lift for like 30 min hard then do cardio after but i dont want to loose any gains?? i know i could do cardio first thing in the morning and lift at night but i dont know if i can do all that
any suggestions....im at 210 right now not rlly trying to loose weight just BF%
 
You could use the search feature, and learn everything you need to know;)
 
Your gonna lose weight if your trying to lean up. Dont sweat it because you will look bigger and better. I was told to go by the mirror and not the scale. Keep your protien high and do cardio after training for 30 to 45 min.
 
I am basically in the same position as you. I am around 216-218 and trying to lose some fat around my midsection. At first I thought I didnt want to lose weight because i will get smaller. But like they said before you might lose 5 lbs and be around 205 but Ill bet you will look bigger.
 
alright im just gonna lift heavy for about 30 min then do 45 min of cardio after...should i drink my PWO shake during lifting or after i finish the cardio?

i am worried if i drink it during lifting it will upset my stomach when doing cardio
 
What bf you at now? It's easier to lean up and keep muscles if your higher bf...if you're already pretty lean it's pretty hard to get shredded without losing a LITTLE lbm.
It really comes down to diet more than your lifting schedule though...!!

some simple carbs after your workout are ok, SOME being key...carbs late in the day are generally avoided on a cut, yes!

16-18 is fairly heavy, you should be able to cut down pretty good and keep your muscle just by doing some cardio and tweaking your macros
 
im just gonna hit weights for about 30 min hard..then do 45 min cardio...drink pwo shake..and about an hour later eat some lean protein

how does it sound?

This is what has been working for me

Mon-CHEST-TRIS-ABS-45 MINUTES CARDIO

Tue-1 hour cardio

Wed-BACK-BIS-45 MINUTES CARDIO

Thu-1 hour cardio

Fri-SHOULDERS-TRAPS-LEGS-45 MINUTES CARDIO

Sat-1 hour cardio

Sun-REST!!!
Pretty much what your doing there Bodyform88 , what do you guys think , so far ive gone from 244 and 25 percent BF to 217 and 16 percent BF , and still dropping!!! any imput would be appreciated.
