cycle advice please

I am doing 1400 a week of test prop, (curtisy of AG so I think the stuff is good) nothing else... wanted to run tren with it but the tren is too harsh with its sides right now for me so I am not doin it...

I am 30 days in and I dont feel the gains that should be there are there, the first 3 weeks were great I made good gains and was stronger bigger weight was going up, then it started going back down, I am eating until I wanna throw up (and sometimes do a little) am taking in a ton of protein....

I was lifting 5 days a week monday chest tuesday legs wed back thurs shoulders friday arms.... maybe I am over training? according to big a's growth principles I am over training... so i am switching to his 3 day a week program... any idea what the weak link here is? I train hard and am sore as fuck for days.

With a dose like this I feel I should be gaining a lot more than I am..
 
Do you normally run multiple compounds, if so what is your total mg?.... How much test do you normally run? How long did you wait before you started this cycle from your last cycle?over training is a possibility too.....

last cycle was 600 a week test prop 600 deca..... i waited 4 months and cruised on 200-300mg a week....

EDIT -

the cycle before that i also cruised at the same dosage, so I know thats not really the problem...

Just curious as to why you more than doubled your test dose? Some times more gear can make you feel worse. Also your gains will be different on test/deca then on just test alone..... I know you said you are taking in high protein, are you eating a lot of carbs/fats too? Sounds like your going balls to the wall in the gym and may just need to back off a bit. Good luck.

its just what i had, and a guy thats pretty big told me that test = size, so i figured id try it.. i dont care how i feel, if i feel like shit and gain, im happy. i am eating a LOT of brown rice and yams, decent amount of steak and burgers...

I am always balls to the wall, i am just gonna not do it as many days a week and hope that yields something..

Ahhh come on man, If you feel like shit chances are your body doesnt like whats going on and the blood test will prove it. I'm not trying to preach to you, but just be smart about this... There is life to live after BB'ing. Stay safe and hope you figure out your problem ;)
 
If someone is eating until they feel sick, aren't they eating too much? If your body doesn't want food why are you going to stuff your face and force it to grow? Won't the "growth" just be fat? Do you really want to walk around bloated and fat all day?

And I'm pretty sure 5 days of training is too much. Take it down a notch. I used to train 5 days and when I lowered the volume/frequency my results were drastically better.
 
talked to a buddy of mine, he said i should start taking in a lot more fats, what do you guys think? ima add fish oil and olive oil to all my shakes and meals..

Take it down a notch. I used to train 5 days and when I lowered the volume/frequency my results were drastically better.

In order for me to put the size on in the off season, I had sometimes force feed myself. I don't believe that 5 days is too much, if doing 1 bodypart per week. EX: m-chest, t-back, w-legs, th-shoulders, f-arms. I can tell you that if I ate when only hungry, I would have not put the size on that I did. I won't post any pictures of what I look like now, but I am fairly lean. I saw Alex Azarian today, he can tell how lean. I guess it goes back to one thing, metabolisms. I don't do any current cardio or take fat burners.

Their is many factors that go into why someone isn't growing: Training experince, metabloism, underlying sickness, Diet, getting proper rest, ETC. Without seeing your diet and training it is hard to determine why you aren't growing. To really grow, I would have kept the test at 1000mg, 200mg of tren E (low dose), 50mg of Anadrol the first 6 weeks. Hard gainers need to do basic heavy movements. I would not do that cycle for more then 12 weeks and then do proper PCT and get off for at least 8 weeks, everything. I also would include a good product like Life support for any AAS use.
 
i dont take fat burners or do cardio and can hold single didgits easy

if this is the case then i think you are on good target with adding the fats...your metab is normally high and then on that much gear it is through the roof...i agree with pesty, 5 days may not be a problem, especially on that much gear as long as you split the bodyparts in a way to suit your recovery needs...im right there with ya bro...it is tough for me to gain past a point unless i gorge

I apreciate your input, i was lifting balls to the wall and was doing maybe 4-5 sets until failure with each workout...

My diet is good, could be better, but by that i mean i should be gettin fat...

I am gonna add a little tren i have some ace, but damn that stuff causes some serious sides... ill just deal with it, i have some adrol i can add too.

Also to jalsmiley, your right, i am not taking in enough fats... i am gonna try to take down a bottle of olive oil a week

Try cutting that down to 3 sets, don't go to failure and concentrate on the movement, in strict form.
