I am doing 1400 a week of test prop, (curtisy of AG so I think the stuff is good) nothing else... wanted to run tren with it but the tren is too harsh with its sides right now for me so I am not doin it...
I am 30 days in and I dont feel the gains that should be there are there, the first 3 weeks were great I made good gains and was stronger bigger weight was going up, then it started going back down, I am eating until I wanna throw up (and sometimes do a little) am taking in a ton of protein....
I was lifting 5 days a week monday chest tuesday legs wed back thurs shoulders friday arms.... maybe I am over training? according to big a's growth principles I am over training... so i am switching to his 3 day a week program... any idea what the weak link here is? I train hard and am sore as fuck for days.
With a dose like this I feel I should be gaining a lot more than I am..
