Any of you guys use this for extra protien source?Was going to try the Muscle Milk and oats.I know the flavor is to be very good.

Indeed.

Tastes great...you can't argue that but in all honesty if you are drinking a protein supplement for the purpose of bettering your physique, MM is garbage.

Try Optimum oats n whey.. Pretty good shit too... I have about 7 jugs sitting behind me right now. Its a hell of a lot better nutritionally as well.

GNC's Wheybolic Extreme 60 is comparable in taste to muscle milk and a little better nutritionally. Its expensive but normally you can find it buy one get one half off so not a bad deal.

I had to run up to the mall tonight and I couldnt believe there was about 20-30 ppl in GNC and atleast 6-8 ppl waiting in line buying things that they prob dont even need or know what it is/does

Might as well eat ice cream with protein in it. Personally I stay away from the stuff, and it plugs me up too.

These are pretty good, it's like IsoPure but sweeter.
