I was wondering if any of you guys ever eat any dark meat chicken like thighs and legs while your dieting on a high protine-fat low carb diet. I know that the fats in the thighs are alot higher than whats in breast but the thighs are so much better on the grill not to mention ALOT cheaper.
here is what i found on the calorie for a roasted breast and thigh portion , meat only not the skin
