Dark Meat Chicken on a diet

I was wondering if any of you guys ever eat any dark meat chicken like thighs and legs while your dieting on a high protine-fat low carb diet. I know that the fats in the thighs are alot higher than whats in breast but the thighs are so much better on the grill not to mention ALOT cheaper.

here is what i found on the calorie for a roasted breast and thigh portion , meat only not the skin

Breast , 4 oz serving
Protine - 35.1gr
Fat - 4.1
sat fat - 1.1

Thigh , 4 oz serving
Protine - 29.3gr
Fat _ 12.3
sat fat - 3.4
 
Im doing a keto type diet and generally keep saturated fats from meat low.. I've been cooking over roaster chickens alot lately in my crock pot.. I prefer the taste over grilled chicken breasts.. I usually mix some of the leg meat with the white meat.. Im still loosing weight.. so it can't be that big of an issue... at least now in my diet regimine..
 
Eat dark sometimes,but mainly boring old skinless breast.
