I'm interested in your opinion as to why the following would be:-

when using 20iu a day in one dose, No hand cramps
When using 10iu a day in one dose, No hand cramps

however now i have split up to 5 iu in 3 different applications throughout the day I have sever hand cramps.

All other variables remain constant, including usage of slin, the brand of gh (actually same batch number as before) and training and diet.

what is it that a smaller amount does to cause the swelling and attack my carpel tunnel that a larger dosage wont do.

Why does GH cause edema? In short it is the mechanism used to make sure that there is no increase in blood pressure. So edema happens for a reason.

"In some other studies of rhGH treatment of adults, blood pressure did not rise significantly after short-term exposure (58,72) nor after up to 3 years of treatment (73). A possible explanation for the absence of a rise in blood pressure relates to the observation that GH acts directly on vascular endothelium to allow salt and water transudation into the extracellular fluid space, perhaps via activation of nitric oxide synthase (74). Your use of 5iu dosed three times a day probably results in more "free" (i.e. unbound) GH then 20iu in one dose.

so all in all 5 iu x 3 a day is the way forward.
