You are suppose to split it up every 3 to 4 hrs.It stays active for 6-8 hrs and and takes 1-3 hrs to enter the blood stream. That is the technical side of it.I`m not saying that aesop is wrong that is just the profile of D-bol.I do however, take my last dose 2-3 hrs before workout though. I also read that you don`t even need to take it on your off days it stays in your blood system for 2 days just not active. Workout days take entire 30 mg's 2 hours pre workout, or 20 mg 2 hours pre and 10 mg post. Dbol is great at increasing nerve excitation which can help with strength and improve workout quality which is why it is beneficial to take the whole dose pre workout.

Since water is readily absorbed by your system it does make since to put them in water and drink.
