ok so i am on 30 mg dbol daily for my kickstart. is it going to be effective to just split the dose in 15mg in the morning and 15mg at lunch. i dont workout on the days i work.
 
you can split it up, thats just fine, and i would take it every day, workout and non workout days....
 
do you have caps or tabs.. if caps I would open it up and dump it into a liter bottle of water, shake and sip on it all day.

Not necessay. Non workout days split into 2-3 doses.

Workout days take entire 30 mg's 2 hours pre workout, or 20 mg 2 hours pre and 10 mg post. Dbol is great at increasing nerve excitation which can help with strength and improve workout quality which is why it is beneficial to take the whole dose pre workout.

You are suppose to split it up every 3 to 4 hrs.It stays active for 6-8 hrs and and takes 1-3 hrs to enter the blood stream. That is the technical side of it.I`m not saying that aesop is wrong that is just the profile of D-bol.I do however, take my last dose 2-3 hrs before workout though. I also read that you don`t even need to take it on your off days it stays in your blood system for 2 days just not active. I think that is great because it will give your liver a little break.

never heard of anyone doin this, i member i had some caps that were 50mg, i jus took them a hour or 2 before workout and days off i took them after my big meal for lunch, worked fine for me, but puttin it in water is a good idea. it jus seems like it wouldnt be so good to do that for some reason? i dont know cool idea tho, i might try it and see what happens, any other takers on this idea?
 
One of the reasons I like the 5mg tablets is so I can take them throughout the day, every 3-4 hours or so.

Sorry bud it has nothing to do with "activity." How is something active for only 6-8 hours but then is magically not active for 2 says and then regains activity. Seriously is check yourself before posting nonsense.

Sex Hormones in the blood stream are active unless bound by shbg, because of dbal's 17-a methylation it does not bind strongly to shbg, which makes it more "active" mg per mg when compared to test. Many of dbal's function are not AR (androgen receptors) mediated which also helps to account for its rapid effects when taken pre workout. (Activating AR's in skeletal muscle leads to increased rates of transcription, which leads to increased protein synth and a number of other things but it takes time exert an effect when going through AR's because of dbal's non AR mediated effects it causes fairly rapid changes within skelatal muscle and nervous tissue which makes it ideal for pre/post workout)

The half life of dbal's is approximately 6 hours. This does not mean that you need to take it every 6 hours. Trying to maintain totally constant hormone levels is not necessary, as there is not one hormone in the body that is released in such a way. Hormones serve the purpose of altering various functions within target cells in order to achieve X(whatever it may be). Hormone spikes can be very beneficial for altering homeostasis and are especially beneficial pre and post workout when the goal is to increase size and strength.

Since water is readily absorbed by your system it does make since to put them in water and drink. I'm not so sure about bol though, the only benefit is the cap or tab does not sit in your gut to break down so i believe faster absorbtion.
 
aesop you have some good points.They seem to break with the traditional approach.Then I recall quotes referring to arnold taking handfuls at a time.Can you back up your info at all it is very interesting,

ya i agree, i never heard of such but would be cool if it worked and there is info to back it, i dont truly feel like testin it out myself and waste any money :)

I've done it myself many many times. It works fine.. I did it more for convenience rather than to see if it would work.. In my previous job it was hard for me to carry caps but carrying a water bottle was not a problem.. I don't think the water hurts it at all.. hell, half of the UG labs out there suspend there dbol product in PEG or alcohol.. so I don't think water would hurt it.

as for the money thing.. buy your own powder dbol cost next to nothing so you could test it out easy. AESOP's meathod is probably the easiest though.
 
i have used d-bol at 10mg pills . the way i have always done it is (depending on the doseage) three times a day(everyday) i chew my pills and drink a glass of water with it every 4to 7 hours try to do it on an empty stomach always or close to before a meal .has worked well for
 
TIMING

I take 20mg in the morning 8:00am and twenty more every 2 hrs after that total of 100mg a day, 5days a week m-f. i take the last 20mg at 4:00pm .5hr before my work out. my partner does the same thing and our bp is 10pts higher than normal and thats it. i would never recomend this to anyone. when i started taking d's way back i only took 10mg a day and that worked well. i used them before every meal and i stay hungry.

What do you use IP if you chew them? His is the only one I've heard of doing this. I usually split mine up during the day with food so it won't upset my stomach and I do a full dose right before workouts.

100mg a day? That is a shitload, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone either unless they want to end up in liver de-tox. 50 or 60mg is the most I do a day.
 
The tabs I just bought are 40mg... I'm used to taking 10mgs 3x/day. Taking half a 40mg twice a day should be cool so long as I time it right, ja? I'd rather not try to split a tab 3 ways :rolleyes:

Yeaaaa Boy

Ive been using liquid d-bol that comes it a dropper and i take a little at a time throughout the day. Sick pump all day every day!
