Since the half life is so short ' dose to keep it steadily in blood stream brother...5-10mg with breakfast (breakfast of champions) 5-10mg with meal around lunch' then 20-30mg preworkout...this is your best bet to get the most out of your dbol.

Dbol at 40-50mg has my pumps hurting.. I usually take split dose 1/2 am 1/2 about 5-6 hrs later

IMO and that of experience of others that was shared with me, I do not see a first time user needing 40mg of D-Bol.

I would recommend starting off at 20 - 25 ed and see how that works.

One issues I've seen many times is users really being impacted by Lethargy. Even if liver values and such are safe I start to really drag through life, and thus their appetite and workout suffer.

One always has to find out what works for them but in my experience with gear less is more typically proves true.
