How do most of you split to work on deadlifts ?
I am currently doing about 5 -6 sets of squats, then 4-5 sets of deadlifts, then, 4 sets of leg ext, then 2 sets of leg curls. Seems to workout ok.
Oh yeah, I do back and traps a day or two before. Cpou;d I be overworking my traps possisibly since they are involved in the deadlift ???
