Searching for some real life results and wanted some imput.
I know there a some that get deep muscle massage to benefit growth, deeper muscle seperation and for increased blood flow.
If you have, how often to you receive it? Are you seeing benefits? If so, in what way? Any thoughts about this?
Also,
I have never been a fan of stretching before/after workouts. If you do prior/post, what types of results have you seen from this practice.
