Diet for cut

Hi guys, sorry if wrong area to post but looking for some cutting help if possible. 5 10 and 76.8kg at 14 body fat. Cardio consists of 45 mins power walking 5 days a week and 4 days weights mixed in.
Diet is
1. 80g oats with milk and protein shake.
2. 3 rice cakes and 30g peanut butter.
3. 200g sweet potatoes and 200g white fish.
4. Protein shake after training.
5. 200g sweet pots and 200g white fish.
6. 300g low fat cottage cheese.

Nothing is changing. Any suggestions welcome please. Don't wanna start cutting and adding bits if the wrong way. Diet is bringing in about 2000kcal total. In a 40 30 30 split. Cheers guys. Sure others will find response to this helpful.
 
First off, you are too thin and you only want to eat 2000 Calories? You are cutting at 169 pounds? Your kidding right? How you expect to grow? :confused:
 
I agree with Pesty. If you put some muscle on you will become leaner. You may have a problem staying lean with so little muscle mass. Unless you want to be 150lbs. that is.
 
Cheers guys. Don't get me wrong I ain't looking for getting hulk size ect. I have an athletic shape and good muscle tone but just excess bf. So do u just suggest I eat clean but higher calories by 200 to 300 ect to build more muscle and in turn will chomp away the fat?
 
Eat at least 2800cals, probably should shoot 3200cals. Worry about cutting later after you put on alittle mass.
 
Ok so if I aim for about 3000cals clean over 6 meals and screw the cardio for now just smash on some bulk. Always been worried about sticking the fat on ect but I see your logic on gaining more size first to help with burning. Anyone near anglia England?
