Hi guys, sorry if wrong area to post but looking for some cutting help if possible. 5 10 and 76.8kg at 14 body fat. Cardio consists of 45 mins power walking 5 days a week and 4 days weights mixed in.
Diet is
1. 80g oats with milk and protein shake.
2. 3 rice cakes and 30g peanut butter.
3. 200g sweet potatoes and 200g white fish.
4. Protein shake after training.
5. 200g sweet pots and 200g white fish.
6. 300g low fat cottage cheese.
Nothing is changing. Any suggestions welcome please. Don't wanna start cutting and adding bits if the wrong way. Diet is bringing in about 2000kcal total. In a 40 30 30 split. Cheers guys. Sure others will find response to this helpful.
