Ok..
Trained chest,shoulders and triceps on Friday
Back and bis on Saturday
Legs today..
My worst workout in months was Saturday, just felt weak and hurt everywhere..obviously I am not overtraining,not sure there.
My weight was 255 today..
I also wanted to note I am at the end of the first cutblend..For some reason I had a extremely painful one in my delt..All of them have been really smooth..

Question:
Why run a log with a cut blend but not diet down? If looking for size or lean gains i personally would have opted for different drugs, not a knock on you just wondering your reasoning on going this route with the cut blend

I need to take another pic, for some reason I couldn't post my last one..
I cleaned up my food and really wanted to see how the cut blend would do at low dose..
The stuff is strong and helped to tighten me up.i don't really blast anymore so I just wanted to see what I could do.Love tren but havent used it in a few years.(or anything with it in there)
