Anyone know any good sites that offer good advice of food to eat during a cycle?
 
steroids basically increase the rate of protein synthetis in the body...so when on gear it is imperative that you get sufficient quality nutrients to allow for maximum gains!...and you will find lots of diets in the recepies forum and by using the search option with

bulking diet

or

cutting diet...

or just eat very clean and like a horse :) ...alex
 
Plain and simple, keep protein @ 1.5g/lb of body weight cutting or bulking divided over 6 meals.
 
keep the protein intake to around 500 g/d , carbs no more than 300 and you will surely grow no matter what. use synthepure the purest protein around.
 
On cycle or not it is about protein. Good quality and qauntity. AAS allows the body to better utilize proteins. So the more the better, sort of. Keep saturatede fats out of the diet and consume a small amount of good fats. search for them and you will see what we mean by good fats. Good clean carbs, and you will get better benefits from your gear. Oh and BTW, when on cycle you must train like a freakin animal to get great results. No mediocre training. Balls to the walls intensity and use good form.
 
Protein only needs to be 1 to 1.5 g per lb of lean body mass.To gain size you are going to have to eat at least 2 g of carbs per lb as well .The carbs spares the protein keeping you anabolic and carbs release insulin providing a carrier to shuttle the aminos into the cells.Do not be afraid of simple sugars or saturated fats eating some saturated fats will help you gain quicker i.e whole eggs ,steak etc.

If i only ate around 220-230g of protein a day and ate 460g of carbs a) I'd not put on any muscle and b) I'd be fat. Sure doesn't work for me and I'm sure doesn't work for a lot of others.

Should be plenty of good diets on the forums here though for starters. I don't know your weight, body type etc so hard to give you anything too specific. On cycle start with 2g protein per lb of bodyweight, 1-1.5g carbs and some good fats. Eat every four hours. If you're not gaining, eat more. IronMike
 
I'm def with Ironmike, 2g's protein per lb of bw. If you don't have enough protein you will not grow!! Do somew searches here and you will find some great diets for adding mass. Hard core bulking is a great place to start!!
