Diet pills and Fat loss Supplements

I'm looking for info for a friend of mine regarding diet pills and supplements to lose unwanted fat.. She's looking into "Acai burn" and "Easy Weight Loss Cleanse" but isn't sure about obtaining reliable information. I thought i could perhaps find someone who had personally used it or has used other Diet pills or Fat Loss Supplements that are sure have worked. If so, the names of product would be greatly appreciated ! thanks !!

Hi dear,

Never use diet pills and fat loss supplements because these pills and supplements have temporary results for weight loss and have a number of side effects for health. Always do exercises and take diet foods for losing your weight.

how overweight is she? does she workout?

the best diet pill by far is adipex but it is prescription only.. an off brand of that is phentramin-d that also works great. it curbs your appetite and cravings allowing you to eat less and better..

but i recommend a good diet and workout regimen because there are rebounds to diet pills and what not, once you get off of them the cravings are raging by then.. its best to just bear down and get your mind right.

I've got to agree with MarineWifey. If she's dead set on weight loss pills, then I think Adipex is the best out there. For a prescription drug it's pretty easy to get legit. I've had better results with it than with Clen and T-3 combo. She could stay on about 3 months, then come off a month. She will gain the weight back if she doesn't go back on the pill, unless she makes some lifestyle changes.
