Just kinda wondering if im alone on this. With the title i didnt mean eating alot of shit or a normal amount of good foods, actually almost the opposite.
When im dieting, and actually even when im not, my biggest problem is not getting to eat ENOUGH to satisfy me. I know alot of guys dieting miss certain foods that they cant eat that taste a certain way. With my i miss mass quanities of food. If i could eat 2 cups oats, 2 TBs natty PB, 2 slices of ezekiel bread, and 3 cups egg whites for breakfast without getting a budda belly (which i would cause thats waaaaaay over what i need) i most def would. But then i could easily turn around and say no thanks to ice cream, candy bars, cake ect. I just like the 'full' feeling, which i know alotta guys hate.
My buddy is polar opposite. Hed rather eat one candy bar then a shitload of oats with splenda or somethin (he doesnt cause he trains too, but thats what he would prefer).
