When y'all make the transition from bulking to cutting, how long do you take from an all out bulking diet, to an all out cutting diet? Personally, I cut 1000 calories during the first 5-7 days off bulking, then I cut around 100-200 calories every 2-3 days after that until I'm down to my cutting diet. The transition this time is from 4500 cal/day to 2500 cal/day, and normally takes 2-3 weeks. To repeat my question: what do the rest of y'all do?

Drop carbs from 600g/day down to 400g/day the first week and down to 200g/day the second week. After that it's zig-zagged from 0g for 4 days, to around 200-300g for 3 days. Either that or it's 0g for 5-6 days and 1-2 days everything I can eat. All depends on how much time I have.

My offseason diet includes eating anything that I wish, in any quantity.
When I switch to comp dieting, I switch to comp diet straight away. I don't count calories, just macronutrients. The first 2 weeks of my diet, after offseason consists of 500g+ of protein, 300g carbs and minimal fats.
