If total calories and macros are what are the most important to get Shredd?
Can eating:
Protein: - Eggwhites
-Turkey breast
-Flounder fish
Carbs:-Yams
-Brocolli
No milk or dairy(Calories- Not filling), No Fruits(Calories) , No nuts
Is this the right way to get shredd?
Leanest protein
Lower starchy carbs
I mean someone could eat a Protein and a Vegetables? But that would be insane?
Like : 12 eggwhite + 1 cup brocolli for a meal?
