Do you think its possible to Build muscle and get lean with a diet Without Any Grains at all.
What i mean is a diet with Lean protein Chicken,fish as your only protein source.
And the only carb source would be Vegetables,Brocoli,salad,aspargus,lentils.
Fat source, Olive oil, Flax seed oil,Omega 3 fatty acids.
NO DAIRY at all.
NO Grains at all, No wheat, NOTHING.
It seem when i start a diet like this , I feel like UBER CRAP,my energy goes down the hill,its like a mental thing... I cant seem to follow it, I Crave Breads,Muffins...
