DNP users: fat loss with compared to without dnp

for someone looking to lose most fat possible in 6-8 weeks is the rate of fat loss with dnp a big enough difference to make it worth using? How much would you lose with as opposed to without it?

Earlier this year I bought 30 days of 250 caps that I’ve yet to touch. Reason I’m hesitant is because the reported side effects muscle loss, fatigue, sweating and water retention masking progress which would fuck with my head especially if I’m in a deep deficit.
 
Get to reading. This has all been discussed to death on this forum. Theres literally a DNP thread that is atleast 60+ pages long with user experiences.
Yeah I’ve been reading through DNP experience thread but nobody really went into detail on how much fat they were able to lose with dnp compared to without it.

As a matter of fact I read every thread regarding dnp and none of them specified the amount of fat loss with without dnp. I can read them to you if you want but yeah I read everything extensively already

You mean to tell me that none of the threads u read talked about DNP being the most powerful fat burner? Get it together.
The fact that you are looking for a specific number shows me you truly don’t get it. From this thread I can honestly tell u without a doubt that u SHOULD NOT use DNP.

Why DNP though?

There's much safer and more effective methods for losing weight. I've used DNP once before, had great results, the sides and results were as expected (although I'd say a lot of DNP and even the rebound involves a lot of water manipulation where you're depleting and burning glucose and glycogen as fuel, then rapidly building it back again). There still is fatloss though. I just won't touch it again because of the cataracts risk, which I don't want any part of regardless of how low the % may be

I am thinking of dnp since I already bought some earlier this year so why not use it you know. I read all the threads there are to dnp and most people say that it’s the most effective tool for fat loss even better than Tren so you know I really want to get rapid results …day to day progress in fat loss so to speak. I hear of guys claiming to lose .7 to 1lbs fat a day but not sure if that’s really the case you know or just water weight

sweet-l344 was Livininshrouds, a banned member, back with another username. This is the guy that sent me multiple private messages and when I wouldn't tell him what he wanted started messaging other members, asking them to ask me my protocols.

It was extremely, extremely obvious this was him and it boggles my mind that I'm the only one who recognized it. His syntax was the exact same - hyperspecific questions, scared to do anything, making multiple posts in the same thread within minutes, etc.

If you CARE about the quality of Professional Muscle then maintain a discerning mind and don't respond to guys like this, not even to bash them

Start dieting
Start cardio
Add Clen
Add Nebivilol if too high BPM while resting
Add DNP eod (imho a low dose goes a long way, even if I don't touch that shit since 10y)
Add Semaglutide or similar if you can't handle the hunger

Then in 8 weeks evaluate how.much fat you lost, none can tell you that in X weeks you will loose Y fat. Just start doing it.

It's the same for adding muscle.

Well, if 100mg increases your energy expenditure by 10-11% you can do some calculations.
 
You should be able to lose 3-4 pounds a week in a caloric deficit easy with DNP . Diet and cardio are most important then add in fat burning tools
