every 100mg of DNP increases BMR by 11%
so taking 400 mg would increase by 44%

does this mean, since the half life is 36hr, by day 4 for example, youll have 910mg DNP in system so BMR increases by 99%
 
No. The body doesn't work in neat even formulas. Too many factors besides DNP impact metabolism.

99.9% of what you read online about DNP is garbage. DNP and insulin are the most misunderstood compounds in body.

Quit being a pussy and stick to your diet unless you enjoy being fat.

Can you calculate the increase in BMR for a given dose of other things that increase BMR? Such as caffeine, yohimbine? No...

However IF, IF, you have been eating/tracking calories vigilantly you can calculate your rough TDEE with a simple spreadsheet using rolling averages.

Then use the exact same diet/activity level and track while on DNP.....what is the delta?

If you do not track your calories like a madman, then you really have no hope anyhow.
 
Seems like you want to use DNP as a crutch and that’s the wrong way to use it. The smart way to use DNP is to take 200mg ED or EOD and increase cardio as fat loss stalls or decrease cals. It seems like you just want to keep upping the pills to increase weight loss. The latter method rarely works the way people hope and will leave you feeling miserable. Just put in the work.

i’m doing 1hr cardio a day and have been sticking to 1500 cals a day which is pretty restrictive. i only fucked up one day (yesterday) which makes me feel like shit .may drop to 1200 to compensate lol
all i wanted to know was how much DNP increases BMR roughly lol, just a genuine question, which no one seems to want to help with. don’t want to know this to see how much i can increase dose, just to know how restrictive i have to be with cals and how much cardio i need to reach weight loss goal. didn’t think it would be bad asking, but apparently already on the ignore list of some user lol, very helpful indeed.
 
You stating that you "fucked up one day" I think proves the point you really don't need to be taking it and focus more on being disciplined with your diet/cardio. I went from an obese 280 lbs. to a lean 183 lbs. My coach didn't even consider introducing a fat-loss accelerating substance until I stagnated with weight loss which was probably after 50 lbs lost. And I NEVER missed a meal, workout, or cheated on my diet.

If you’re truly consuming only 1500 calories then fat must be flying off of you. If I’m having a lazy day lounging around the house I’ll burn anywhere from 2300-2800 calories. That’s doing nothing but laying on the sofa and getting up to piss and grab snacks.

Point being that I’d be in a huge deficit and have zero issues losing undesirable weight. So you can skip the DNP if you keep your caloric intake in check.

I don't know why so many guys overcomplicate this stuff. I would have thought you would have been asking these questions BEFORE you started DNP. Why have you dropped to 1500 calories? Yes DNP can give you cravings but you don't think the fact you suddenly dropped (massively) your calories isn't a factor (?).

It's quite simple really you swop over to eating all clean/nutritious food and maintenance calories and then you lower calories by approx 10%. Later on after you have stalled if you want to use DNP you add it in and make no dietary changes then later on when fatloss stalls you lower calories by 10% again and carry on. This is usually the best approach for guys with plenty of fat to lose who are shit at dieting. I suppose these guys will ruin any plan but in my experience it's especially common for people who can't diet to eat shit and the day they start DNP they suddenly half (atleast) their calories and start training more and it's a double whammy and the results are fast but it's not long until they are binging hard and putting it back on. The same guys tend to repeat this process 2-3 times per year. Moreover, they often think cutting to 12-17% is lean enough to rebound (excuse to eat loads) when in reality they should be dieting down to a much leaner bodyfat (5-9% for example).

Just stick to 1 cap daily and stay consistent with your diet. I assume you aren't planning to take DNP for a long period so why are you already binging and blaming the DNP when in reality it's your lack of willpower. Fill your plan with nutritious food with balanced macros and fiber with plenty of water (electrolytes as well) and the food cravings won't be a fraction as bad.

Great response - do you have a favourite method to calculate maint calories when you start the cut or do you just take a couple weeks at say 3300 cals and see how weight fluctuates?

This is the way to do it. That above chart the OP posted is so fucking retarded. I don’t know how many times I have to say this but this shit is so individualistic. YOU need to experiment and figure out what your true maintenance is and adjust from there.
