DNP dose accommodation

This is the way to do it. That above chart the OP posted is so fucking retarded. I don’t know how many times I have to say this but this shit is so individualistic. YOU need to experiment and figure out what your true maintenance is and adjust from there.
That’s what I’ve always done - just wish there was a faster way but 3 weeks isn’t going to change my life. Lol

Well you should already have an idea of your maintenance calories if you been living this lifestyle for a while. It can slightly change over time based on the addition of lean tissue but again shouldn’t be hard to determine.
 
Try this for your TDEE.

I think I have the math right. Uses rolling 7 day averages for cals/weight. Then takes the change in your averages for weight * 3500 (yes I know it is not exact) then adds your average calories to get your theoretical TDEE.

Would love to here the board's comments if my logic is fucked or not.

so taking 400 mg would increase by 44%

does this mean, since the half life is 36hr, by day 4 for example, youll have 910mg DNP in system so BMR increases by 99%

This is from some of the original and high quality research. I'm going to help a bit, but really you've already been given the info you really need which is practical rubber meets road how to do this.

1) The metabolic rate increase measurement is real but an average across a big sample with HUGE individual variance that DNP is known for. You are 1 guy so while an interesting starting spot this, at best, will give you a rough place to start and then you can figure if you a equal, much more, or much less gradually.
2) The 100mg in the study was crystal not powder so powder is a bit higher. Not sure what you are using.
3) The increase was measured AFTER blood concentrations stabalize. Probably like 7 or more days of steady dose. So it's not the 100mg daily dose but the total mg active in your body once that 100mg stabalizes that produces the quoted metabolic rate increase. You had it backward vs how they did the study. So say 100mg tops off at X once stabalized given daily dosing and 36hr half life, that X number is what produced the average increase in the study.

If you search my posts you'll fine one in the past year in the dnp thread with these formulas including the daily accumulation so you can use them in a spreadsheet if you want. ALL THAT SAID, for any single individual this is just a starting point.

I mean it doesn’t really matter too much, you only have to really do it once in your life ever and from there on out you should at least have an idea of how many calories you’re eating if you’re in this game.
 
Looking into mots-c for the first time. Interested in adding it to DNP. I have used dnp before, it’s awesome.

From my reading I don’t see any issue with combining the two - but I’m hoping someone who knows mots-c better can shed light if I’m mistaken
 
Great response - do you have a favourite method to calculate maint calories when you start the cut or do you just take a couple weeks at say 3300 cals and see how weight fluctuates?
Just track your everage calories intake for a week, then see if you are gaining/stays the same/loosing weight and then depending on the outcome cut or add some calories to reach the maintance if you wanna have some sort of accurency. Too many factors plays a role in metabolism to use a calculators in my opinion.
 
Everything was better in the past. DNP is crap now but in the 00's in was great. In the 90's you only had to sniff it and you would drop 3 pounds instantly :eek::D

Using red/ infrared laser (photobiomodulation) should only further enhance DNP since pbm’s purpose is to enhance the output of the ETC (ATP) by essentially keeping complex 4 (cytochrome c) in the “open” position.

Lucky due to work I have a variety of pbm tools. I’ve used DNP before so I’m going to compare how this one goes. Has anyone else used this combination?

I guess it could also be done with Methylene Blue too

On 200mg ED Mon-Fri last week and this week.

Biggest issue for me is lethargy. Falling asleep on the lazyboy at 5pm if I sit down. Likely moving to EOD next week.

I never experienced any sides even at 500 mg a day with exception to feeling hot and that is moderate on extreme hot days on east coast maybe some water retention

I think it is a combination of the DNP and the fact I am at around 700 deficit (calculated TDEE vs calorie intake).
