Disable spector 360

My company is installing spector 360 on all the systems and the server to monitor our computers. From what I've read the software will record every key stroke and can even provide screen shots. Does anyone know how to disable this program locally?

It can be done locally but I would not recommend doing so as I am almost positive your company will pass around a agreement that says you will not disable it and if you do disable it you will be terminated.

So there is no way to turn it on and off as I see fit, as long as I'm not connected to our main server. I was thinking of shutting down the process and using the system. It would start up during the next reboot.

It's probably corporate monitored. They will be notified that it is not checking in on a regular basis and they will probably find that you removed it.
