Damn, accidentally posted in the article section. Dont think I was able to delete it there. Live and learn. But, I was wondering. I read how some people are using 200-400mg of DNP while using tren and test for instance. I guess if DNP blocks atp production, how hard are you going to be able to workout? I am just curious. Is the ability to workout dose dependent? Dont see how you could do wind sprints or heavylifting on DNP. But then why take test and tren if you cant hit the weights hard? Just trying to understand it. Thanks. I am reading and learning so much from you guys.

it doesn't block ATP production, just messes up the natural cycle of it, and makes it much more inefficient

Even at one pill per day,my workout intensity suffered. Just my .02. Peace.

personally i used anabolics to hold onto my muscle whilst on dnp..not to get better workouts...

Ran 200-400 a day and had no problems with working out (but I was VERY hot!).

i found that 600 was the point where i could no longer workout properly due to being hot plus breathing too irregularly

i ran quite high dose for 2 weeks with no training and anabolics to hold muscle and the results were very good..

i would not do it again however cos looking back i was very careless

I only do 200mg a day. At that amount I had no problem with training at all.

600mg a day I was tired as fuck after 1 set. Was doing about half my normal weight on my routine, took a week after ceasing to get my strength back. Don't waste your Tren, start the DNP after you cease the Tren, continue running the Test to take care of any potential muscle loss, even though its low with DNP I'd rather be safe than sorry. But running Tren on top of the DNP would make one sweaty SOB.

I just want to add that when I was doing 200-400 a day not only was I losing fat but I was still getting stronger in all my lifts (not on any gear).

I agree with Aaron Osaka--

I was reading the daily journal that I kept during my first 10 day DNP run. The number of sets to exhaustion decreased, but my overall strength surprisingly INCREASED.

DNP is a very misunderstood substance, but I'm a believer in its effectiveness.
