IMO fish is the best protein source, so I try and eat as much of it as I can. Then comes egg whites and chicken. Red meat rarely and that's for when I go out to eat, not really part of a bodybuilding diet.
93/7 ground sirloin is a staple in my diet 4/6 meals are that right now. It is one of the few proteins that fills me up and that has actually helped me put on quality size.
Wild game is a staple in my diet. I cut back in prep and stick to fish, chicken, and turkey with red meat once or twice a week. In the off season it's wild game everyday. Nothing more organic and range free and elk and venison.
Why don't you guys eat red meat? Asides for financial reasons. I know studies show that its not good. If I recall it even increases the risk of colon cancer. Anyways do you think natural/organic/grass fed beef is better? I used to eat it but it was getting too expensive.
