Does Aromasin do anything with lipids?

I threw away my Lipitor and started fishoil, policosanol, vitamin D, enz... to raise my HDL . In a few weeks I want to have my blood checked to see if any improvements have occured.
Will I fuck up if I take Aromasin ?
I want to take 12,5 mg twice a week for lowering Estrogen a bit.
Im on HRT.

ive read that it does both, bad and good, same with arimidex tho... im thinking its dose dependant, and for HRT purposes, i THINK we are fine...

My client's bloodwork and my bloodwork over the last couple years shows no impact on cholesterol levels from Aromasin. In my opinion, with Aromasin availability, there is no use for any of the other anti-estrogens.

This is a very interseting subject, I've been on HRT for 6+ years now and I've been running Arimidex at .25mg EOD. About twice a year the dose have been upped to .5 ED for 8 week periods. I have bloodwork done every 3months and have been doing that since starting the HRT 6yrs ago. I've NEVER had any problems with my cholesterol levels, ever.

I've been discussing this with my doctor who's one of the leading doctors on HRT in Europe and his opinion is that it won't matter if you use aromasin or arimidex, none of them will effect you cholesterol levels in a bad way as long as you don't completely kill your estrogen levels. He thinks that the reason peoples cholesterol levels get out of range on cycles is because of the steroids and not the anti-estrogens. Just my 2 cents!

Also there diet. Alot of newer users think they have to eat a ton of food and then there levels go up. I think as long as your diet is in check everything else will be fine.
