I've read many times that article going around the boards on the positive effects of on collagen synthesis that result from primobolan, eq, var, deca. I haven't been able to find any information on whether or not Turinabol increases collagen synthesis and would love to find out???

I'd really like to know this as well. All I know is that the last 6 weeks of my cycle with 50 mg of T-bol my joints felt way better than they did before I started it. Actually the only negative thing I experienced was some slight muscle cramping and back pumps...both of which can easily be taken care of usually.

I'm also interested in that question.

Unfortunately, unless there's been a proper study/experiment, then it's all gonna be annecdotal testimony... (brolore can be useful, but also can be crap)

There's a lot of speculation on which compounds actually do promote collagen synthesis. However, from experience, the only ones that helped my lab rats joints have been deca and gh. Everything else is debatable IMO.

Good Questions.

I would look for german studies (translated obviously) because T-bol was one of the main drugs the germans used to avoid detection in world competition. The great "German Doping Machine"

Ever tried EQ?

EQ made my back bone hurt. Seemed to dry my joints out. But it was good at preventing injury to tendons and connective tissue. I do a cycle of EQ every now and then just for the injury prevention it seems to do so well. But other than that, I don't get joint pains. EQ actually causes me to get joint pains.

I'm not liking the sounds of that!

I'm embarrassed because I'd never heard of that negative side effect before & I've been recomending EQ to guys.

I guess I should never recomend anything to anyone until I've tried it myself, but I've only ever read good stuff about EQ.

It looks great on paper, with about 50% the aromatization of test with good collagen enhancement.

I thought it was basically a weaker replacement for Deca, but without the prolactin issue & with a less intense HPTA shutdown.

Has anyone else here ever found their joints hurt while using EQ???

Wtf? Why are you going around recommending eq when you've never tried it yourself? One of the worse things you can do taken someone's word and pass it around and recommend things just because you heard it was good.

You're right, I shouldn't have recomended it to anyone, but then I already admitted that didn't I...

I read that in the collagen synthesis study, EQ did even better than Deca. I can't remember the exact numbers, but it was said to have a slight edge on Deca for collagen enhancement. Perhaps they lied through their teeth, I don't know, but they had numbers corresponding to each AAS so they sure fooled me...

I won't be promoting EQ to anyone anymore until I get more accurrate info on this discrepancy...

Can you please post up this study? I've seen a lot of posts from guys on other boards that say this and that, however, I don't buy into it because it's just hearsay. If there is an actual legit study/article on this, I'd like to take a look at it. Take it from me, my lab rats have tried EQ and their joints never felt any better. Deca and gh, different story.

Just for the records, i've been running eq & test for the last 14 weeks at 600mgs ew and started off with 300mgs of test & 600mgs of eq for the first 8 weeks having heard that eq increases collagen synthesis by 340%...a whopping 80% more than deca...

and although i can't vouch for eq being better than deca in this regard, i will most certainly say that eq is GREAT for collagen synthesis...i have experienced tennis elbow injuries and was apprehensive with the test but eq took care of it i guess...

Reason? I'm pushing more, pulling more - all pain free and although i try and maintain strict form as much as possible, my workouts have been pain free so far, Thank GOd :)

Just my .02...

Also, the ratio of test & eq i learnt should be 1 : 2

As in, 300mgs test = 600mgs eq

See, there you go! Exact opposite testimony of jm425...

jm425, could it be that your supplier either intentionally ot accidently switched your EQ for injectible winny or somethine else equally bad for collagen health?

It was a long time ago & on a different board that I read the stuff on collagen & AAS, but if I can scrape together a few minutes, I'll try to dig it up (if I remember).

There's nothing stopping you from E-mailing the manufacturer of Equipoise about your horses tennis elbow problem though...
