I am saying I gained 70lbs. I've been in the 240-260 lbs most of my adult life. So actually I"m back to what was my normal weight. When I got sick I dropped almost a hundred pounds due to not being able to eat very many calories and hardly no protein. Chrons's disease tends to do that to people. I went from the 170 to 220 clean when I got back into my lifting. Then I used some supsension and made another good litlle jump.I guess the old saying of muscle memory has some validity to it since my strength and weight came back pretty quick. I found a powerlifting meet coming up soon but when I found out about it I just finished the susp and am not going to have alot of time in between finishing and competing in the meet.
I'm asking for adivce on rest time between cycle, not advice for cycling or how to get anything. I know how to gain weight, for the most part. When I need advice for that, I'll ask. I"m trying to get ready for a powerlifting meet and was wanting to know what some other people think out there besides just myself. I tend to gain knowledge from listening to others and not by thinking I know everything. If you don't want to give and opinion, fine, I could care less, but maybe there are some out there that would like to offer some opinions as to what has worked for them. If I knew everything, I would have never joined this forum. I like to take several different opinions, weigh them out, and then make the best possible educated guess that I can based on my goals and needs. I hope this answers your and anyone else's questions.
