Can you reccomend how a piss weak Bodybuilder can learn the training structure and techniqwues involved in beginning the move to SM???

obviously training with sumone knowledgeable is tops but if no such luck then what??

Phil Phister has a DVD out but it only covers training.

Svend Carlson has one that's pretty good too.

Total Performance Sports has a couple of them out also.

Check www.elitefts.com and www.ironmind.com. They should have the videos. Other than that go over to The Anvil at www.nastrongmaninc.com and try to find some training groups in your area. You will learn more that way than just watching the videos.
