Hi lads need some advice.
Started recomp around 8 weeks ago and as soon as I started I lightly teared my pec.
What's worse now it seems like I'm tearing other muscles without any big effort.....
Last week a bit of pain on my quad and a nasty bruise, this week the same on my triceps...
Any one got an idea what's happening ?

Btw I'm on low test and quite high tren e
 
Are you using or have you recently used any antibiotics? They're associated more with tendon ruptures if I remember correctly. What about Winstrol?

No, no antibiotics, and actually never used winstrol in my life
 
Sounds pretty abnormal. Are you possibly over trained really bad? Think about your training, sometimes it can creep up on you slowly over a long time.

You might want to see a doctor, maybe get blood work.
 
Another thing would be to check your electrolytes are sufficient, and that you are always hydrated. Tren can be immensely dehydrating. Also additional magnesium may help.

How do you know it's a partial tear? T2 FSE MRI would be the definitive answer. How old are you again?

That is actually a good thought.
 
First thing I would do is see a doctor cause if what your talking about is true and happening that fast and easy I would ask a actual MD to help and run and some test. Now I can relate a tad to this and by no means wanna hijack ur thread so won’t go into to much detail. The last two/2.5 years I tore my tricep, pec my bicep(same time) then the next year small tear to lat and then most recent was my tricep muscle and tendon(not gym related). For me I had to re-evaluate the way I lift the style and form I’m using and how much warming up I’m doing. Im 34 now and can’t do the shit I did in my 20s when I thought I was invinible and thought I could come back quickly. Be real with yourself and lift smart but still intense. My goal is to be lifting and looking this way for the long term and that meant I had to do some new/different things and changes some habits up. Good luck my friend!
