ECA and temp>

Can you body temp rise noticeably ,like from 98.6 to 99 or 100, while on an ECA stack..Im not talkin about when your out in the sun like that pitcher who died either.Im talkin about some one who takes a recomended dose and goes about there buisiness...There was a woman on the radio who desribed just that .....My experinces have been me getting a bit warmer but not like this ladys talking about..If that were to occur would that be safe??Oh ,and whats the time period that one of those are supposed to work for ,4-5 hrs??

Thats actually the way a thermogenic works, by raising you body temp and you burn off calories as heat. To tell if you are building tolerance to the product (clen-ECA-whatever) keep track of your body temp. When it fails to rise at the usual doseage, either you have to up the dose or take a break to let your beta-agonist receptors ungrade again.

I know that thermogenics raises the bodys temp, but I didnt realize it could raise it 3 degrees..My body temp dosn't seem to raise that much..Thanks

All I know is that I'm running around "comfortably" in shorts and tank when everyone else is trying to find another sweater or coat to put on

I went on a trip with some freinds in my van during the winter. I was driving and wearing a T-shirt. People in back were "trying to sleep" in a sleeping bag with their clothes on. When a gal sat up she shreiked "the windows are frozen over SOLID on the INSIDE!" hehehe
