Get off the tren, unless you’re 6 weeks out from a show. Get a lipid panel. In the meantime incorporate daily cardiovascular exercise of 30 minutes +. Lower your LDL down to 55 which is correlated to diminished CV risk and diminished plaque in your coronaries.

Ever think of dumping tren? Shit is harsh and you're 47.. Not to tell you what to do, but...

Yea but I only run it for 6 weeks at very low dose. I know I should get off due to my age and the problems I presented but as of late I actually have felt better
Resting HR is now low 80s

BP a bit higher 128-80
But yes I def think about that - plus this is only my 2nd stint with tren and I been off and on since my late 20s

I actually saw a video today where a doctor stated the negative effects of Tren on the Endothelial tissue inside the coronary arteries.. Among everything else..
