This is a good and helpful discussion. Just bookmarked it. I have lots of labs coming up so definitely want to check this out. I'm one who also has lower eGFR but has stayed in the same range for ~15 years I've been monitoring and urine related kidney tests are great.

I think its always very important to take all of these studies that people reference with a grain of salt. Question everything and seek your own data.
