Anyone here still have really good stamina? Like for instance, able to play full court basketball without wanting to die within 2 minutes? Or do you guys pretty much stop caring due to your size? Seems no matter how much HIIT cardio I do, I still get winded faster than the smaller guys.

HIIT cardio is nothing to actually doing athletic activities like playing full court basketball. I'd say your still getting good heart health though. I'm in the same boat as you when I play football im always all time QB lol

Of course I have, and I'm not on anything besides my prescribed test dose
 
Of course its going to be harder since you need more oxygen in your muscles and are carrying more mass than the avg 150-180lb man. EQ will help.

Very true,. There is also no one in the NBA that carries the kind of muscle mass we do either. However, there are big ass NFL players and also WWE wrestlers who seem to have great stamina. EQ would help but having to rely on it isn't really a long term solution.

Genetics and conitioning...just like being an athlete based in Denver has advantages.

Basketball players like LeBron have a lot of muscle mass.
 
I wouldn't worry too much. Heart health is more about recovery time then stamina. Although the heart certainly plays a key role in stamina, that is much more about muscular endurance.
