I'd like to run EQ 75mg-100mg once a week for 16weeks. My goal is to gain muscle and strength.
my stats are: 150lbs, 5'4" female 32 yrs old.
Been lifting for awhile and I put on muscle fairly easy, although I'm ready to take it to the next level.
Any other suggestions out there? EQ alone? or stack it with something else?
