While I see a lot of people using EFA's for cardiac health I use them for additional calories in my diet.
I can't stand flax seed oil, it makes me nauseous in a shake several years ago I read about Dante's recommendation of olive oil and that has worked perfectly for me-I use a lot of OO.
I usually cook my omega III eggs over medium in OO, fry chicken in it use is in marinades and salads.
that aside I injest some walnuts ED as well as some omega III peanut butter and mayo. Pure flax oil makes me sick as I said before but the OO and flax oil products mentioned above are OK.
Fish oil also makes me blaaaaaah and interferes with my appetite so I don't use many that way.
What are your choices for the oils that you guys frequently use??
