I see plenty of threads regarding Liver protection etc and the benefits of the likes of Synthergine, Milk Thistle and Live 52. But whats people opinion of Essentiale Forte ?????

I have used Essentiale Forte for nearly 15 yrs, ever since I went to a Pl meet in Russia. They INSISTED that it was the best for your liver.
I will never go a day without taking it!

injectable or caps?i tried the caps before but couldn't tell how good it worked but i heard the same thing about Russia and their use of it.

Liquid caps bro... I get em from a place in brooklyn. 28 bux for 30 caps.
Kinda expencive, but worth every penny.

Just buy straight phosphatidylcholine (usually it comes in granules derived from soy you can mix with food or beverages), and you'll get the main benefits from Essentiale... for a much cheaper cost.

Great for improving cholesterol ratio too, since regular use greatly reduces LDL (but have unfortunately little action on HDL).

It wasnt a question about what to use, it was merely a question on peoples views of it as other liver supps get mentioned alot but hadnt seen that mentioned......

Do you mean lecithin? I just started taking this as a choline source with Piracetam. A few tablespoons a day.

Lecithin is indeed the best natural source of phosphatidylcholine, and that's what I took for years... until I found a sup they sell here that contains a blend of phospholipids in higher concentration than in your usual soya lecithin.

Here are the nutritional values (it's in french, but easily understandable). The product is called "Lipamine" and is manufactured in the Luxemburg by a lab called Effi-Science:
