Estrogen is out of control

I'd say a lot is related to you skipping a shot.

I have lowered it to 100mg/week. 50mg Mon, 50mg Thu. Getting blood work done on the 29th and I'll let everyone how it goes.

Getting your dose dialed in can be a fine science but you will be better off that much more once you do. my hrt of 200 a week I can tell you was a lot. 7 days after a pin (so day I was getting my next pin) I was only about 150 points away from high range. Next time I cruise I am doing 2x (but less) per week shots or going to try 100mg every 5 days. I like being on the upper end but I think that 200 would put me over it on days 2-4.

You know i wanted to post and say that i can relate to this too...I too just measured high and as well skipped my shot. Also as well taking 200mg a week. But my doctor never took an estradiol measurement and only total testosterone. Also both HDL/LDL were low with high triglicerydes. I actually do have hypopituitarism as well. Also my thryroid levels came back a little messed up as well but my TSH was fine

Estrogen= 236 (normal <130)

TSH= 2.38 (.40-4.5mIU/l)
T3= 4.3 (4.5-12mcg/dl)
T4=66 (76-181 ng/dl)

At least my CBC was all in range.. but i can see some correlation here. I was also probably on 7 weeks of 200mg test after i came off a cycle. I wondered if it could have been estrogen rebound from the Arimadex i ran .5mg ED for two weeks and came off...maybe should have tapered it a bit more. Wont make that mistake again.

I would run human grade arimidex if you are gonna try and dial in your estrogen, so you have a reference point and aren't dealing with possible variable dosages in the caps.

You are hypothyroid. Your TSH is normal though so I am thinking your hypopituitary is a self-diagnosis or you didnt tell thr doc about your steroid usage.

I agree.

Some guys need more to get a higher blood level, other guys need less. Ita impossible to say 'X ml will = Y ng/dl' for everyone.
