Europa and EQL

Has anyone heard of either of these labs and are they reputable. I had a friend asking about them, and I've heard of them in passing but never paid much attention.

EQL is top notch, been using it exclusively for about 8 months now. I absolutely love it. On the downside talk to you source and grill him on whether or not he actually has what he says because the lab has been having stock problems apparently and some suppliers have been backed up. But as far as the gear itself goes its GREAT.
