Sassy was doing the show and I agreed to go along for the ride.
I learned alot and hit my goals but I want to get some quality training time.
With work, renovations on the new place, the economy, two old houses for sale and just all the stress in the world,etc. etc. but back to the tale at hand.
I'm 45 years old, 46 in August. Pressure/Blood work all good. 200 pounds now at 5'7". I am still pretty strong for an old fart. I don't do heavy singles just sets of 3X. 325 on Flat bench 275 on Incline 505 on Squat I dont push my low back past 315 on deads for sets of 6-8. L-5 injury.
This is my new "off season" weight limit, but I don't want to be thinking "off season" anymore. It's too hard to get it off to just get fat again.
So be kind...don't poke the bear.
